7 Things You Need to Do So Your Kids Come to YOU When in Trouble
If your child does something that gets them in trouble, will they come to you for help, or will they try to hide it from you?
A few years back, my daughter would very likely have tried to hide it from me.
Now I am confident that she will come find me (eventually, after she is done licking her wounds).
Changing the relationship from one where she was afraid of judgement/punishment, to one where she can trust me with something she is embarrassed/worried about has not been easy.
